Return and Exchange Policy

Keeping it Simple

It’s as simple as it gets, No return, exchange only. All items can be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please note for any exchanges, the shoe and the inner and outer packaging must be in its NEW, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED condition. Return postage and the postage for us to send out a replacement will be paid by the customer. If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to exchange the shoe. 
Any items purchased during sales or any other promotional period will not be eligible for exchange.
Any items purchased at full price go on sale, they will be exchanged at the marked down/sale price.

Defective Shoe
If in the rare incident there is a fault with the shoe, the shoe will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same style and same size. However, even if the shoe has been worn, the sole and the upper must be in good. You will have to send us pictures before we approve the exchange.
